Know God

The first step is to begin a relationship with God. You'll need to understand and believe that:

- All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.  Romans 3:23

- The penalty of sin is death (physical and spiritual death). Romans 6:23

- Jesus Christ dies for us on the cross so our sins would be forgiven. Romans 5:8

Get Baptized

The Bible teaches us to de many things when we accept Jesus as our Savior. one of the most important things is to be baptized. Baptism is a simple, spiritual act of obedience. It represents and publicly testifies to our new life in Christ.

Luke 3:21-22

Join a Church

When we recieve salvation, God blesses us with a  spiritual family. In church, you'll meet your spiritual family, people who trust God and are growing like you. In your church community, you will worship, read and study the Bible together.

Hebrews 10:24-25

Spend Time with God

Communication is a vital part of your relationship with God.  We communicate with God by praying and reading the Bible. God speaks to us through His written Word,  but we can also listen to God in prayer -- trusting the Holy Spirit to direct our minds as we express our desire to understand.

1 Timothy 3:16, John 14:15-17
