A security deposit of $250 is due upon signing the contract and will be returned if there is no damage.
Fifty percent of the cost of your event is payable upon signing a contract. The other fifty percent is due 30 days before the event. Cancellation of the contract must occur 30 days before the event to be eligible for a refund.
Courtyard Ceremony Venue - $850
Includes: Rehearsal time, use of courtyard venue for the ceremony, restrooms, upstairs kitchen area, facility coordinator, sound system, sound technician, 75 wedding chairs, bridal arch on stage and lanterns for the walks. Additional chairs may be rented at $1.00/each.
Limit of 250 people.
Reception Venue - $850
Includes: Use of courtyard venue, use of the Gallery, restrooms, facility coordinator, sound system, tables and white table linens for a reception.
Limit of 150 people.
